Puma partners with Yulu to supply oxygen concentrators

Bengaluru-based e-mobility solutions provider Yulu in partnership with Puma is now providing medical-grade oxygen concentrators to the covid-19 patients. The initiative is known as “Pranvayu” and the aim of this initiative is to reduce the incoming Covid patients to hospitals in order to make beds available for patients with critical covid conditions. Under this initiative, Puma will supply the Oxygen concentrators while Yulu delivers these Oxygen concentrators at the doorstep of covid-19 patients by following the safety measures.

Gurudwara uses EVs for free meal distribution

Mahindra Treo Zor cargo

A gurdwara in Gurgaon is using Mahindra Treo zor EVs for food Distribution. The Treo Zor EVs are used to supply two free meals for Covid patients who are unable to cook for themselves. In total the Treo zor EVs will transport 800-1000 meals twice a day. The Treo Zor EV can carry a payload of up to 550kg and it can offer a range of 120 km approximately for a recharge time of up to four hours.

Olectra wins tender for 100 electric buses

Olectra Greentech buses along with Evey Trans Pvt Ltd. has won the bid to supply 100 electric buses. These electric buses will be received by one of the State transport corporations under FAME-II and they will be used for intercity transport. 

The value of this Tender is 250 crore and these buses will be delivered in a time period of around 10 months.

Komaki announces 220km range battery pack

Komaki announced a new battery pack that can offer a range of up to 220km. The battery is compatible with  Komaki’s all-electric vehicles such as XGT-KM, the X-One and the XGT-X4.

The battery pack has to be patented and the scooters equipped with this battery pack may be available by June 2021.
