Hyderabad police use Hala mobility
Hala mobility, a Hyderabad-based ride-sharing platform has donated few electric scooters for Hyderabad police. The police of Madhapur and Gachibowli are now using these electric scooters to patrol and ensure public safety in the present covid scenario.
Google teams up with Jaguar for street view mapping
Google has teamed up with Jaguar for their mapping project which uses I-pace fitted with street view equipment. Apart from street view mapping, this car is also fitted with air quality monitoring sensors.
Google will use this I-pace for a time period of 12 months to accomplish its Streetview mission in the city of Dublin. Also, Jaguar I-pace is the first electric car to be used by Google for street view mapping.
Audi A4 all-electric is expected in 2-3 years
Audi A4 may soon arrive in markets as an all-electric version. The upcoming Audi A4 electric is the sixth generation A4 which is expected to be available in 2-3 years.
If A4 enters the market then it has to compete with the Tesla Model 3 and the upcoming BMW i4.
Hyundai may launch Ioniq 5 in the US by 2022
Hyundai is about to launch its Ioniq 5 may arrive in the United States by 2022. The Ioniq 5 is said to have a range of up to 480 km and it can accelerate from 0-60 mph approximately in 5 seconds. The 800V charging option can recharge 10-80% in an approximate time period of 18 minutes.
