Emflux Motors with a mission to empower 10 Million electric two-wheelers in India by 2027. The company has built a high-performance electric motorcycle. The Co-founders of the company are Varun Mittal, Ankit Khatry and Vinay Raj Somashekar.
Emflux One electric motorcycle features
The Emflux One has some excellent features equipped like Single Sided Swingarm, Intelligent Bike, Dual Channel ABS, Powerful Brembo Brakes, Advanced Ohlins Suspension, Samsung Li-ion Batteries, Regenerative Braking system, High Powered Motor, Tubeless Tyres, and Water & Dust Protection.
Additional features
It offers some additional features like Parking/Walking Assist, Charger Locator, Body Panels and Lights.
Emflux One electric motorcycle specifications
It has the maximum speed of 200 Kmph and it can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.0 seconds and it has the highest city range ever in the electric motorcycle is 200 Kms and a highway range is 150 Km at 80 Kmph.
Its motors peak power is said to be 60kW (Limited to 53 kW (71hp) from the controller) which produces a peak torque of 84 Nm at 8400 rpm. Its battery capacity is of 9.7 KWh. It takes 3.5 h to charge with a regular charger 15A Wall Charger and 30 minutes with a Dc Fast Charge 1.
Emflux Motors will produce only 199 units
Emflux Motors planned to produce only 199 units of its bike for the Indian market. They will export the remaining 300 units to the other countries.
The launch of this electric motorcycle can be expected at the end of 2020 that too in phases. The company is working to develop in-house technologies. The company says as there is a lack of investment, the progress is a little slower.
The company before officially launching its first electric motorcycle, it has teased its second offerings in the EV segment.
It has recently revealed its new electric bike models, Emflux Two and Emflux Two+. These models will offer, the Emflux Two will come with a 160 kmph top speed and a 160 km range. It will offer acceleration of 0 to 100 kmph in about 4.5 seconds.
