Renault unveiled Megane eVision Concept
Renault a French automaker has officially unveiled its Megane eVision Concept which showcases the brand’s future electric vehicles. The production model will be launched in 2022. The new model will be developed on the all-new Renault-Nissan Alliance’s CMF-EV modular platform.

It has got some awesome features to highlight that includes floating roof finish in gold colour, sculpted bonnet with two air inlets, 20-inch alloys and LED light strip. It has a two-tone paint scheme with bodywork in Slate Grey Matt and a roof in Gold.
The electric hatchback will be equipped with one of the thinnest batteries in the market and powerful powertrain. While looking to its powerful specifications, the Renault Megane eVision gets a 60kwh battery and a DC charging (up to 130kW) for faster charging.
The Renault Megane eVision is 4,210mm in length, 1,800mm in width and 1,505mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,700mm. It is equipped with a 160kw wound-rotor electric motor with 270bhp that produces 300Nm of torque. It is claimed to achieve 0-100kmph in less than 8 seconds.
Renault Morphoz electric SUV concept revealed ranges 400 km
The Renault has unveiled the Morphoz electric SUV concept. It is a compact crossover SUV and a shape-shifting concept designed to use it as a city car and a long-range cruiser. It will be on the CMF-EV platform which indicates that is related to the Common Modular Family platform which is currently used by the Renault Nissan Mitsubishi Alliance in models such as the Nissan Rogue and Renault Megane.
The Renault Morphoz is equipped with a 40kWh battery that offers around 400km of range. The company believes that this range is enough for around 90 per cent of daily usage. It comes with two versions City and Travel. An additional 50kWh battery can be installed at a special station and the total 90kWh capacity extends the range to 700km.
