Gurgaon-based Exicom Tele-Systems has launched electric vehicle chargers and a battery R&D center in Bangalore. These chargers can charge all types of EVs ranging from 30 kW to 150 kW. They also developed software to connect charging services with payment platforms.
The EV charger has 3-output connectors compatible with CHAdeMO(quick charging method),CCS and Type 2 AC. The companies new R&D center infrastructure is equipped to test battery quality, battery pack design and conducting environmental tests.

NTPC Tender for development of Electric Vehicles Charging Infrastructure
Exicom has won the NTPC tender for developing EVs charging infrastructure at Jabalpur, MP, India. As a part of the deal, the charging infrastructure shall comprise DC chargers of 25 kW and 120kW for Electric Buses.
