Peugeot is a French automaker that is one of the longest surviving automotive brands. It’s one of the oldest brands not only in France but in the entire world. The secret behind this survival tactic is only the Automaker’s ability to reinvent itself. Peugeot‘s new Emblem is the 11th logo in the brand’s legacy. this is a clear indication of the brand’s ability to not only survive but to reinvent. with this logo update, the brands seem to have something concrete in its electric vehicles.

 

History

Peugeot is a French family business established by the Peugeot family in 1810. Initially, Peugeot manufactured kitchen equipment and later hand tools. The brand took the automotive turn when it entered the bicycle sector in addition to kitchen and tools equipment. Peugeot logo history which is the present topic has its first trademark in 1858. The automobile they first made was a steam tricycle in 1889 and an IC car in 1890. Today Peugeot has operations in many parts of the world. In India, Peugeot sold its cars along with premier in the 90s and now they are in business with Indian automaker Mahindra. The modification of Peugeot logos is according to the various time periods of Peugeot in its years old legacy.

The new logo might be an indication of its presence in the future market with its electric vehicles. Peugeot has got attention with their E-legend concept and the available electric cars like e-208,e-308, etc. The new logo will be on all Peugeot dealerships from 2023.
