Sahara Whiz Se
In the EV expo 2019, Sahara unveiled its electric vehicles brand as evolves. The company launched its first-ever electric motorcycle Sahara Whizle Se. This electric bike works with lithium-ion batteries. But, Sahara didn’t reveal its full specifications, yet we can expect the electric bike will be launch in 2020.
Blacksmith B2
Blacksmith Electric is a Chennai based electric bikes manufacturer. The company developing its final prototype B2 electric motorcycle.
Specifications
B2 bike top speed is 120 Km and can accelerate 0-50 km/h in 3.7 seconds. The motorcycle can travel a maximum range of 120km. For the first time, Lithium Manganese Cobalt Oxide battery is used in this e-Bike, which can charge in 4 Hours.
It works with a 5 KW Asynchronous Motor and GPS & Artificial Intelligence System is featured in this bike. It has a loading capacity of 200 KG. The price of this electric motorcycle is 2 Lakhs and expected Launch will be in 2020.
Mantis
Mantis is from Orxa Energies startup company which started in the year 2015. The company is developing a Mantis electric Bike from the last 3 years. It has the main feature used in the bike is swappable battery technology and the other amazing feature which is used in the electric bike is the lightweight battery of only 6 kgs.
Specifications
High performance, Ultra Long Range of 200 km, Top speed of 120 kmph and a Portable Charging facility. The expected launch of mantis electric bike is 2020. The company hasn’t revealed its bike price yet.
Gugu R Suv
GuGu Energy is a Tamil Nadu EV startup. Their 16 members team made the world’s first Electric Motorcycle SUV, named as The R-SUV.
Specifications
The bike can travel up to 150 km range on a single charge, with a top speed of 100kmph. The RSUV can accelerate 0-100kmph in just 6 seconds. The RSU is ane electric offroader bike and can be 80% charged in 30 minutes with a fast charger.
The Gugu energy team is planning to start its production in 2020 with an initial capacity of 25,000 units per year. The price of The RSU is 1.25 Lakhs
ULTRAVIOLETTE F77
ULTRAVIOLETTE is Bangalore Startup which is developing a high-performance electric motorcycle the F77 with the output power of 25 KW.
Specifications
F77 can run with a Top speed of 150kmph and can accelerate 0-60 KMPH in 3.0 sec. The electric bike battery pack got 7 international patents. The bike has three ride modes-Eco, Sport and Insane.
The F77 features include Performance customization, ride analysis, preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, OTA upgrades – seamlessly integrated. The ULTRAVIOLETTE F77 electric motorcycle PRICE is 1.25 Lakh. The expected launch by the first half of 2020.
B605
The Earth energy is a Mumbai based EV startup building their first electric motorcycle B605 since last 2 years. B605 is an AI-enabled bike.
Specifications
It can run with a top speed of 85 KM/Hr and can accelerate 0-80 in 6.0 Secs. The high energy density 6.5kWh CAN-based Lithium-ion battery gives a range of 180 km on a single charge. It works with Powerful 5kW Bldc motor.
The electric motorcycle is expected to launch in September 2019 with a price tag of less than 1.5 Lakhs.
Revolt RV 400
Revolt RV 400 is the first electric motorcycle launched in India on June 18, 2019. The bike is AI-enabled with ARAI certified.
Specifications
It has a range of 156 km and is available in two Colour Variants Red and Black. It is packed with stylish LED headlights, 4G connectivity, and a digital instrument console.
The RV 400 comes with three different riding modes-Eco, City and Sport, with Sport mode offering a range of around 60 km. Revolt Motors didn’t unveil the technical specs like Motor and Battery.
But we can expect the motor capacity will be 3000 Watts as its 85kmph top speed and a 4kWh lithium-ion battery.
It takes only less than four hours to charge the battery using any 15-ampere socket. It comes with a customized bike sounds added in RV 400.
The bike is having a portable battery option for comfortable charge and has various features such as mobile operating start, battery swap, online battery, Geo-Fence for security. The expected price of Revolt RV 400 in India is 1 Lakh rupees.
Emflux ONE
Emflux Motors is a Bengaluru startup founded in 2016 by a team of young engineers. Emflux launched its first electric superbike Emflux ONE in Auto Expo 2018. The Emflux One is a high-performance electric bike with features like Gps navigation,7″ touch TFT display and bike to bike connectivity.
Specifications
The bike can run with a Top Speed of 200 Km/h and accelerates 0-100 Km/h in 3 seconds with a full charge. It can travel 200 km. The standard version of the Emflux ONE is priced at 6 Lakh, with additional upgrades the price will reach up to 11 Lakh.
Emflux plans to produce just 199 units of the Emflux ONE for the Indian market and will export the remaining 300 units. The expected launch of Emflux one is by the end of 2019.
Surge Electric Bike
The Surge is a high-performance electric bike designed and developed by Tamil Nadu startup eMotion Motors. The team did almost 7 years and 35,000 km of Research & Development on this bike.
Specifications
The bike top speed is 120kmp and accelerates 0-60 kmph in just 4 seconds. The bike can travel 300 km range with swappable batteries. 7 LED-backlit display, front, and rear disc brakes and regenerative braking system are some of its features.
eMotion Motors is planning to launch its surge electric bike in 2019. The price of surge electric bike is expected to 1.5 Lakhs.
Robust Mark III (MKIIIR)
Robust Motors is a Rajasthan based EV startup established in 2016. After 2 years of research, their team made Mark III electric motorcycle prototype.
Specifications
The top speed of Mark III is 200 km/h and 300km range on a single charge. It can be 80% charge in 30 minutes with DC fast charger. The bike is having 6 ride modes such as eco mode, sport mode, highway mode, off-road mode, track mode, rain Mode.
Its unique features like rider statistics, heated grips, automapping, track-focused navigation, dynamic traction control, Collison alert, cruise control, and assisted Wheelie Control.
For the first time, 3D is used for manufacturing parts and metallic structures such as chassis and other mechanical parts.
Robust Motors is also making a 300km/hr top speed limited edition model.
The startup planning to launch the superbike in the market by 2020.
