Energy consumption is very less when compared to ICE truck, less than 2 kWh per mile which saves the $200,000+fuel. It is expected to have a base price of $150,000 for a 300-mile range and $180,000 for a 500-mile range. Base reservation price is $20,000.

In recent news, Tesla has chosen the state of Karnataka for its first plant in India. It has chosen Bangalore The Tesla founder Elon Musk was negotiating for six months and is now considering car assembly in the suburbs of Bangalore.
