NISTADS Invites Tender to Travel Agency for hiring electric cars and buses. The National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTADS), (CSIR), New Delhi, inviting tenders to travel agency for hiring electric cars and buses.

  • The tender’s estimated cost is Rs.1,00,000. EMD is Rs.2,000.
  • The date for the sale of the tender documents starts from 07-06-2019 to 17-6-2019 and
  • The last date and time for submission of bids are on 18-06-2019 till 3.00 P.M.
  • The date of opening of bids is 18-06-2019 AT 3.30 P.M.


There are certain terms and conditions to be followed by travel agencies if they want this tender.

  • The vehicles run on electricity only will be accepted for duty and the vehicle deployed on duty should not be more than 5 years old. No diesel/petrol operated vehicle will be accepted.
  • Vehicles should be in good shape and must carry registration certificate and insurance
    documents all the times




  • The agency will provide only insured vehicle complying with the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act for the performance of duty. 
  • The agency will be responsible for chalan, loss, damage accident to the vehicle or to any other vehicle or injury to any person or animal during the performance of duty.
