Macrotech Developers partners Tata Powers for EV Charging Infrastructure 

Macrotech Developers an Indian real estate company partnered to provide charging solutions in all its residential and commercial projects across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune. Read further to know more about Macrotech Developers partners Tata Powers. 

As per the partnership, Tata Power will install EV Charging stations at Lodha developments across MMR and Pune. The EV users at Lodha residents and visitors will be able to use these charging stations. The charging support will be available with 24×7 service, maintenance support, remote vehicle charging monitoring & e-payments through the EZ Charge mobile application by Tata Power.

The Lodha Group president of marketing and corporate communications of Lodha Group, Raunika Malhotra said that they are happy to partner with Tata Power for EV charging solutions.

Jio-bp & BluSmart partners for EV charging infra 

In another EV charging stations initiative in India, the Jio-bp, the fuels and mobility joint venture between Reliance Industries Limited and bp has also announced a partnership with BluSmart an all-electric ride-hailing platform to install a network of commercial large scale EV charging stations in India. As part of the partnership, the Jio-bp will set up these stations for passenger electric vehicles and fleets across the country. 

Harish C. Mehta, Chief Executive Officer, Jio-bp said, “Jio-bp will be at the forefront of EV infrastructure development in the country. Leveraging bp’s learnings from the UK with bp Pulse, where they have the country’s largest EV charging network, from Germany through their Aral brand, Jio-bp intends to bring in the latest in EV technology to our consumers.”

Anmol Jaggi, Co-Founder and CEO of, BluSmart said that it has large EV charging Superhubs that power the EV fleets and the partnership with Jio-bp is a true testament to BluSmart’s ability to provide world-class EV charging infrastructure solutions for India.

Tata Power partners HPCL for EV charging stations

Recently, Tata Power had announced that it will install electric vehicle charging stations at state-run Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) outlets in cities and on highways. Both the companies have signed an agreement to install charging stations across the country. 

As per the partnership, Tata Power will provide state-of-the-art EV charging infrastructure at HPCL pumps for EV users who ride the EVs within the cities and intercity without having any range fear. This initiative comes as the government announced the restructured FAME II scheme and the price drop of the electric vehicles.
