Fuel Cars will be Banned In Andhra Pradesh
Fuel cars which run on petrol and diesel will be stopped in the upcoming days.AP govt decided to stop fuel vehicles. Instead of fuel vehicles, they replace them with electric vehicles. The government also encouraging electric batteries manufacturers and trying hard to set up charging stations. Giving subsidies on all these EV related projects. The government implemented Electric Mobility policy to take forward this change.

Start implementing the capital city Amaravati and followed by Vizag, Vijayawada, and Tirupati to implement EV. The govt also thinking to implement a rule for Tirupati to mandatory for e vehicles.
100% electric mobility in Andhra Pradesh
Within 2024 A.P government want to achieve their target 100% electric mobility.AP govt strongly saying that by 2030 only electric vehicles can be seen in Amaravathi. Introducing new laws to promote electric vehicles includes e vehicles registration fees, road taxes and reimbursement up to 2024.
Electric Vehicles Charging Stations in Amaravati
The RTC buses in AP also comes under electric mobility in 2029. One lakh fast and slow charging stations will be set up in 2024. There will be 20% discount on the first 2 units consumption of charging units. The subsidy is almost 10 crores. For mega units, the capital subsidy will be around 20 crores.
Skill development centers in Amaravati
Skill development programmes will be conducted to take the electric movement to all over the state and providing 10 thousand rupees in subsidies on training. Charging stations will be set up in APSRTC depots, Bus terminals, Bustops. Special Tariff plans on electric vehicles also implemented in the coming days. The government of AP plans to setup Hydrogen refilling stations all over the main cities.
