On Tuesday, EV charging solutions provider Delta Electronics India set up an E-mobility Tech Lab in Haryana. The lab supports all types of ratings and configurations. is designed to come up with vehicle to grid solutions in India.

To develop the electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the country, Delta Electronics India set up an e-mobility tech experience center in Gurugram, Haryana. The e-mobility lab aims to provide an industrial global platform that provides support to all the types of ratings and configurations.

Niranjan S Nayak, Delta Electronics India Business Head, said, “Being a leader in the global market, we are working for bringing our deep industry expertise and engineering capabilities to India to fulfill the highly demanding needs of the EV ecosystem players.”

The company is also working on several partnerships to establish charging infrastructure for two-wheelers which shall be operational from 2020.

The e-mobility tech experience center is designed to come up with vehicle to grid solutions in India. Very soon, they will also add renewable energy to EV charging solutions. They will be working on a robust scalable roadmap, with a vision to deliver on future ready, efficient and pioneering product and technology related answers to ecosystem needs.

Speaking about the price range of charging infrastructure for an individual customer, Barbuddhe said that it will be somewhere between Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000.

During the inauguration, the company also unveiled its new products, namely DC City Charger and AC Max that will serve to the need of efficient public charging infrastructure.

The e-mobility tech experience center consists of live demonstration, global technology adoption methodology, charging process simulation and integration with multiple hardware, software and cloud servers.
