All electric mobility platform launched in Delhi-NCR on the eve of World Environment Day. The Gensol Mobility, a subsidiary of Ahmedabad-based renewable energy services provider, Gensol Group launched its ‘Blu Smart’ all-electric mobility platform in association with Mahindra Electric.

The ‘Blu Smart’ platform is the first all-electric platform which has all the electric services at one place which includes car sharing, ride-hailing, and shared charging. In ride-sharing services, the Delhi people can do their intra-city commutes by just booking the cabs using their smartphones.

Gensol Group presents across 22 Indian states. It helps to build solar power that maximizes investor profits. It is one stop shop for anyone who wants to take up solar as an avenue of investment. It has a team of solar experts and engineers with experience of 16,000+MW.

Blu Smart services have Mahindra Electric eVeritos’s fleet

The service will very likely to include soon the inter-city travel. The company have a Mahindra Electric eVeritos’s fleet of 70 in number and plans to expand it to more 500 operational EVs by April 2020.

The users will get a benefit of Surge pricing, they will not have any surge pricing. It will cost them Rs 14-15 per kilometer.

Blu Smart-all electric platform services include 

Blu Smart services will also include the leasing or subscribing to an electric vehicle in a few months. The company is planning to start this service with the luxury EVs which includes Hyundai Kona, Nissan Leaf, and the BMW i3. It wants to include EVs more in number in the mass-market.




50 more charging stations by August 2019 to install 

Along with all these services, it will also serve as the host to charging stations available across the city. The operational charging stations available in the city are 15 and the company is looking forward to add 50 more charging stations by August 2019.

Bharat DC charging stations

The charging stations are Bharat DC charging stations which have the capacity of 15-20kW DC fast charging each. The charges to charge from these stations will be set similar to whether it is individual, cab aggregator or private EV owner.

Blu Smart-All electric will add Japanese CHAdeMO or European CCS standard

Gensol Group is also working to bring in the charging ports which will be based on either on Japanese CHAdeMO or European CCS standard in coming years.
