Audi e-tron upcoming electric car in India
Audi e-tron is the most awaited fully electric SUV in India which is expected to launch in the first half of 2021 in June. It was unveiled in 2019 however due to the global pandemic its launch had been pushed to 2021. The company now has given a date for its e-tron and e-tron Sportback world premier. The audi e-tron is something we were waiting for but we got a surprise of Sportback too which is more like a crossover coupe. Now let us look into some of its technical aspects of the luxury electric cars.

Dynamic look
The Audi e-tron S Sportback have a dynamic look with a flat sloping roof line culminating in the tailgate which makes its appearance sporty. It has a 22-inch wheels that is a plus point for the SUV coupe to have that touch of sporty look.
Features
It is expected to have a virtual cockpit digital instrument display, 2 touchscreens, LED headlights, driver assist systems, park assist and many more.
Technical specifications
We can expect that the electric models comes with two electric motors on each axle that can combined 360hp and 561Nm of peak torque in standard Drive mode. It can accelerate 0-100kph time of 6.6sec and in sport mode the electric motors develop 408hp and 664Nm.
The Audi e-tron S consists of a three electric motors. the sporty SUV reaches 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.it reaches its top speed of 210 km/h. Its battery capacity is 95 kWh battery (86.4 kWh net).
Also charges with a solar electricity
It provides various charging solutions such as at home. A standard mobile charging system can be used 230 volt household outlet or a 400 volt three-phase outlet. It has a “connect” charging system that doubles the charging power to 22 kW.
It can also be charged with a solar electricity if the home is equipped with a photovoltaic system. With the help of a myAudi app you can control all the charging processes as well as pre-heating/pre-cooling using your smartphone.
Rivals & Price
When the Audi e-tron will launch it will compete with Mercedes-Benz EQC and Jaguar I-Pace. The Audi e-tron is expected to come with a price tag of 1.50 crore.
