Ola Electric app now can discover hyperchargers

There are many updates and features included in Ola Electric that have been requested by customers. Users of Ola e-scooters will be able to check the live status and availability of the Hypercharger starting today.

As per the CEO and co-founder of the company, Bhavish Aggarwal, this is one of the most requested features of the platform.

Anyone looking to recharge their Ola electric scooter can now track the availability of the Ola hypercharger live status on the Ola website. Bhavish Aggarwal, the co-founder, and CEO of Ola Electric said the company would begin enabling this feature on Monday on its app.

In a tweet, he said, “New Hypercharger Discovery is coming to the Ola Electric app on Monday. Check the live status and availability. One of the most requested features!”.

It is also important to note that he shared a preview of how the feature works in his post. There is, however, no information on whether this feature will be available only in Bengaluru (where Ola Electric has its headquarters) or if it will be available throughout India as well. The reason for this is that Aggarwal shared a preview for a Bangalore location in the preview he shared with us.

Ola has always been committed to building a sustainable future for the entire world. For this reason, they have constructed a large network of charging stations for two-wheelers in order to achieve their goal. It is called the Ola Hypercharger Network and it is a giant step forward in the field of green mobility.

The Ola Hypercharger is a powerful charger that can quickly charge your scooter up to 50% in just 18 minutes. The brand is currently offering a limited-time offer whereby users will be able to top up their accounts for free. In the future, you can expect the company to introduce subscriptions or small fees in order to restock scooters and streamline the transaction process in order to restock scooters more often. In addition to this, the company’s dedicated app for the scooter makes it easy to find charging stations, plug in, monitor charging progress, and even pay for service once the scooter is fully charged, according to the company.
