Zypp Electric partners Flo Mobility to expand in autonomous EV space
Zypp Electric an EV based last-mile delivery startup has partnered with Flo Mobility a building vision-based autonomous driving technologies company to expand its electric vehicles space. Read further to know more about Zypp Electric.
As per the partnership, both the companies will collaborate to focus on deliveries in the Delhi-NCR region according to a statement. It aims to provide autonomous navigation solutions for the mobility industry. They will build a delivery bot for Zypp deliveries for distribution within large campuses.
India’s first electric cargo two-wheeler
Zypp Electric had announced in June this year that it was all set to launch India’s first electric cargo two-wheeler for last-mile delivery. The company had plans to launch it in the Delhi-NCR first targeting e-commerce, grocery, and B2B delivery companies in India.
The heavy-duty bike is designed for last-mile delivery and has a loading capacity of up to 250 kg. The electric cargo will provide a range of 120 km and it will be powered by a 40 Ah battery capacity and a portable pack. The bike has a battery swapping option and it can be swapped in a few seconds, so there is no need to worry about the charging.
Zypp launches its services in Hyderabad
Earlier this year in June it had also announced the launch of its services in Hyderabad. It has started its operation with 100 EV bikers in Hyderabad. Zypp has marked its footsteps in Southern India by entering into the first city ‘Hyderabad’to commence its operations. All the deliveries will be done with API integrated electric vehicles. The company will also be installing 20 battery swapping & charging stations.
