Soon, Ola Electric will offer two-wheeler rentals

Soon, Ola Electric will offer two-wheeler rentals

Getting an Ola S1 Pro on rent is possible: CEO Bhavish Aggarwal

The visionary founder and CEO of Ola Electric, Mr. Bhavish Aggarwal, has recently announced the company’s plan to expand its electric mobility sector by entering the two-wheeler rental business in tourist destinations. This bold move is a testament to Ola Electric’s commitment to revolutionizing the way people travel and experience new destinations. Mr. Agarwal’s tweet about renting an Ola S1 Pro in Goa has sparked excitement and anticipation among eco-conscious travelers and adventurers alike.

Renting the Ola S1 Pro: What the CEO said

Bhavish Aggarwal Founder & CEO of Ola

Using Twitter as a platform, Bhavish Aggarwal stated in a tweet that “we are considering starting a rental business for the Ola S1 Pro in a tourist location. You can comment if you have any suggestions for how we can use this in other places, and the best comment will receive an Ola S1X+.”

As suggested by Bhavish Aggarwal, the idea of entering the two-wheeler rental business is in its infancy. However, the idea has great promise.

Before Ola Electric, Royal Enfield, one of the most popular two-wheeler manufacturers in India, began providing two-wheeler rentals at many tourist destinations. Royal Enfield is a company located in Chennai that manufactures two-wheelers.  A program to rent two-wheelers has been announced by motorcycle manufacturers across 25 cities in the country. A total of 40 motorcycles of their brand will be used for this rental business. Additionally, this company has over 300 rental offers for its bikes.

Strategic business plan for Ola Electric

Ola Electric is looking to learn about Royal Enfield’s bike rental business strategy in order to apply it to their own business. They are aware that bike rentals are popular in tourist destinations such as Goa, Konkan, Manali, Pondicherry, and many other places across India. Currently, there is very little competition in this market, and no major companies have entered it thus far. Ola Electric believes that this presents a significant opportunity for success.

The two-wheeler rental business provides Ola Electric with a chance to connect with a broader audience, paving the way for even greater popularity.

In summary

Ola Electric’s move to enter the two-wheeler rental business is a brilliant idea. With little competition in this field and the absence of major players, Ola Electric is in a position to lead the way towards success.

Imagine a world were renting a two-wheeler for a few hours or a few days is just a few taps away on your mobile app. Ola Electric is working towards making this a reality by potentially integrating its two-wheeler rental business into the app. This could be a game changer for travelers visiting tourist spots, providing a hassle-free and convenient option for transportation. Let’s look forward to the day when Ola Electric announces the Ola two-wheeler rental service and takes us one step closer to a better future.
