Sahara India EVOLS partnered with Hero Electric
The Sahara India Pariwar’s Sahara EVOLS partnered with the Hero Electric to launch a high-speed electric scooter AE-75. The scooter was showcased at the Auto Expo 2020 by Hero Electric. This year Auto Expo has noted unveiling of many green vehicles and large numbers of manufacturers and many more automotive industry concerned people.
The electric scooter, AE-75 is manufactured as a joint venture of Sahara India and Hero Electric. Talking about its specifications it provides a range of f 80 km and its top speed is 45 km per hour. Along with AE-75 Hero has also showcased a low-speed electric scooter, AE-8 which offers a range of 80 km and a top speed of 25 km per hour.
The Sahara India is also planning to launch two new electric motorcycles -Whiz ES and Whiz SE in the coming years apart from this partnership.
At present, Sahara EVOLS is manufacturers two electric scooters- Classic and JMT 1000, and also an electric three-wheeler named Veera.

The group founder of Sahara EVOLS, Subrata Roy Sahara had said, “We are proud to introduce for the first time, a complete ecosystem of electric vehicles in India. Sustainable and environment-friendly modes of transportation are the need of the time. The Sahara EVOLS range of electric vehicles is going to be our contribution towards alternative, sustainable and eco-friendly modes of transportation.”
Hero Electric has also unveiled its first-ever electric motorcycle in India at Auto Expo 2020. The company named the electric motorcycle as AE-47.
Apart from manufacturing of electric scooters, Sahara EVOLS is also planning to provide other ecosystems for electric vehicles which include batteries and charging stations for electric vehicles.

Currently, the company is operating in Lucknow and later on, it will roll out its services to more tier 2 and tier 3 cities by the end of the upcoming fiscal year.
