RevoltMotors launches new electric bike, the RV1

RevoltMotors has launched its new electric bike, the RV1, with prices starting at Rs 84,900. The RV1 is the company’s second electric bike after the Revolt RV400, which was launched in 2019.

The RV1 is a lightweight electric bike that is designed for city commuting. It has a range of 80 km on a single charge and a top speed of 40 km/h. The RV1 is powered by a 3.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a 3 kW electric motor.

The RV1 comes with a number of features, including a digital instrument cluster, LED lighting, a reverse gear, and a mobile app that allows riders to track their battery status, location, and riding history. The bike is also equipped with a GPS tracker and an anti-theft alarm.

RevoltMotors is offering the RV1 in two variants: the RV1 Base and the RV1 Premium. The RV1 Base is priced at Rs 84,900 and comes with a basic set of features. The RV1 Premium is priced at Rs 92,900 and comes with a premium set of features, including a larger battery pack, a faster charger, and a premium paint job.

RevoltMotors is targeting the RV1 at young urban professionals who are looking for a sustainable and affordable mode of transportation. The company believes that the RV1 has the potential to disrupt the Indian electric two-wheeler market.

Here are some of the key features of the Revolt RV1:

  • Range: 80 km on a single charge
  • Top speed: 40 km/h
  • Battery: 3.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack
  • Motor: 3 kW electric motor
  • Features: Digital instrument cluster, LED lighting, reverse gear, mobile app, GPS tracker, anti-theft alarm
  • Variants: RV1 Base and RV1 Premium
  • Price: RV1 Base – Rs 84,900, RV1 Premium – Rs 92,900

RevoltMotors is confident that the RV1 will be a success in the Indian market. The company has a strong brand presence in the country and a growing network of dealerships. The RV1 is also priced competitively compared to other electric bikes available in India.

RevoltMotors is planning to launch more electric two-wheelers in the coming years. The company is also working on developing electric three-wheelers and electric cars.
