MG Marvel X Electric SUV unveiling in Auto

MG Motors has recently launched its electric vehicle in India, MG ZS EV. Now it is all set to unveil its another electric SUV, MG Marvel X in Auto Expo 2020.

The company will showcase its electric car in Auto Expo, let us see about its details. The MG Motor India will showcase a range of products from the family. It will showcase as many as 14 products at the MG Pavillion. In the list, Roewe Marvel X EV is one of them.

We can’t say Roewe Marvel X will be rebranded and launched in the Indian market but it is showcasing to highlight the brand’s mark in the electric vehicle field. This electric car was also first showcased as the Roewe Vision-E concept at the 2017 Shanghai Motor Show.

MG Marvel X Electric SUV specifications 

While we look for its specifications, it is equipped with a 52.5 kWh battery pack that charges in 8.5 hours to charge it to the full using a regular AC charging socket. It also gets a fast charging option and takes only 40 minutes to charge up to 80% from 0 using a DC charger.

There are two variants of Marvel X in the Chinese market, in one version, the battery pack powers an electric motor that generates a maximum of 186 PS and peak torque of 410 Nm and in another version same electric motor produces about 301 PS of maximum power and a massive 665 Nm of peak torque. We are not sure exactly which version will come to India.

Now let us see its features, it has a high-end safety feature which includes six high voltage circuit safety management program, IP67 waterproof battery, anti-intrusion protection and more.
