At present, KTM has electric dirt bikes in its portfolio. In the year 2013, KTM showed the E-Speed which was zero emission E-scooter, powered by a motor that delivered 15 BHP and 36 Nm of peak torque.

KTM To Launch Electric Scooter TFT Color Instrument

The KTM electric scooter runs on a 21-inch tire at the front and 16-inch tires at the back. Handlebars are long with a TFT color instrument cluster on the top which is inspired by the other KTM motorcycles.

The riding range, battery status, and other telematics can be known by the instrument panel which is displayed.

In front, it has disc brake and a bigger disc brake at the back. The suspension brakes look same like the mountain bike have. You can also find around headlamp on the handlebar.




KTM Electric Scooter Expected To Provide Good Performance

The detailed specifications about battery and engine to be disclosed later as it is still in its testing stage, however, it is from KTM and can be expected to have a good performance like its other bikes.

With the rapid growth of EVs globally every automaker is looking forward to make an EV. In Indian market almost all the automobiles brand have commenced their work on EVs.

The launch date has not been disclosed yet but it will launch in Europe first then the other international market. After a couple of years, we can expect the launch in India too.
