It’s time to upgrade to S1 Air; the introductory price window ends on August 15

The Ola S1 Pro and the S1 Air are the only scooters on sale now

There is competition between EV manufacturers for top positions, but Ola’s products are also up for competitiveness. Their goal is to bring their customers an experience that is as amazing as possible by offering innovations. In the last couple of years, Ola S1 electric scooters have seen plenty of changes, with a continually evolving model mix that is largely responsible for the change. It has been announced that Ola will be discontinuing the mid-spec S1 model, which will make the lineup simpler with just two models instead of three.

Ola announced earlier in the month that as of July 27 to July 31, they would be opening up the marketplace for the purchase of the new base model S1 Air electric scooter for an introductory price of Rs 1.1 lakh rupees, which will then increase to Rs 1.2 lakh rupees after that.

However, the company says it has received a strong response, with more than 50,000 bookings. The company founder, Bhavish Agarwal, later tweeted that he would extend the initial price of Rs 1.1 lakh to all potential customers until noon on August 15.

It was first announced in October 2022 that the Ola S1 Air would have a 2.5 kWh battery with an introductory price of Rs 79,999 for its 2.5 kWh variant.

There is currently only one three-kWh variant available for Ola S1 Air, which retails for Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom, including FAME-II allowance). It is now necessary for customers who previously booked the scooter for Rs 80,000 to pay the full Rs 1.1 lakh if they wish to obtain an S1 Air.

Ola’s most affordable electric scooter yet is the S1 Air, a scooter with a 3 kWh battery, which makes it a good choice to replace the now-discontinued S1, since it also has a 3 kWh battery.

It is claimed that Ola’s S1 Air has a range of 125 kilometers in terms of the IDC range of its 3 kWh battery. An engine with a power output of 4.5 kW is claimed to be capable of pushing it up to a top speed of 90 km/h.

Now Ola customers can choose between S1 Air and S1 Pro. Get ready to make the ride more amazing with these new buddies as the much-awaited moments are near.
