There is no doubt that all of the songs featured in the Keeravani music in this film were well received by the audience. As the song “Naatu Naatu” has become a hit with Hollywood fans, it has transcended the South Indian film industry.
“Naatu Naatu” was the first Telugu song to be nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Song. This song won the award over big names such as Rihanna and Lady Gaga who were also nominated. Singers Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava, as well as the composer and director SS Rajamouli took part in the event. As part of the event, Jr NTR and Ram Charan, the two lead actors of the film, attended the event on behalf of the film.
Meanwhile, US teens were also dancing to the beat of popular songs on social media: Olga Manassyan shared a video on her Instagram account of her steps on the hook of the song. There are several teenagers seen dancing to the lane in the rain on a basketball court throughout the video, and Manassyan is one of those who can handle the steps with great ease. I couldn’t help but learn to dance after watching this dance and song at this year’s Oscars. I couldn’t help but learn to dance after watching them.” She wrote in her caption following the performance.
