Hyundai to provide ‘Wonder warranty’ scheme on its Kona Electric SUV

We have got some exciting news for Hyundai Kona Electric existing customers, the Hyundai Motor India Ltd has announced a variable warranty scheme “Wonder Warranty” for the existing customers of the Kona electric SUV. Hyundai to provide ‘Wonder warranty’ let us now see what is this Wonder warranty. 

The company says that the g customers of the Hyundai Kona can now choose from three warranty options without paying anything extra. It is providing three warranty options which include 3 year/Unlimited km, 4 Year/60,000 Km and 5 Year/50,000 Km. Now you can choose anyone from these options.

Hyundai to provide ‘Wonder warranty’

The company says that the battery warranty for 8 years /1,60,000 Km remains applicable irrespective of the Wonder Warranty option chosen by the customer. Not only this the company has also made it easy for its consumers to charge easily. It had installed 7.2KW AC chargers at over 50 dealerships in 30 cities. Each Hyundai Kona electric SUV is provided with a 7.2 KW AC charger that can charge SUV in 6 hours 10 minutes.

The Hyundai Motor India has also developed and implemented an Industry-first ‘Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V)’ charging facility to provide its customers with the convenience to charge their SUV at any time and anywhere in cities like Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Portable Chargers are available for emergency charging support (Through Road Side Assistance partner) as well in Delhi and Bengaluru.

Talking about the scheme the Kona Electric Sales, Marketing & service Director, Tarun Garg has said that Hyundai has always kept its customers at the highest pedestal and offered unmatched customer experience. He also said that Hyundai Kona has pioneered in the Future Mobility and Green Mobility space as the company has given India a first fully electric SUV.

The company is also offering a ‘Contactless service experience’ to the customers which includes online service booking, getting vehicle status update via WhatsApp, Pick and Drop from home/office and online payment facility as well.
