Deliveries to begin in 2024 for the KM5000 E-Cruiser bike
Kabila Mobility, a startup based in Goa, India that manufactures and markets electric two-wheelers, has launched its flagship model, the KM5000, as part of its expansion plans in the country. According to the manufacturer, the bike is priced at Rs 3.15 lakh (excluding the Goa showrooms). There is a high probability that the product will be available by the end of the year. Delivery is expected to begin in 2024.
Kabira Mobility says the KM5000 is the fastest electric motorcycle in India, as well as having the longest range of all-electric motorcycles on the market. With its cruiser design and a mid-drive powertrain developed in partnership with DeltaEV, the KM5000 features a single-sided swingarm with a single-sided swingarm. There is no doubt that this bike has the fastest speed in the country, as it is capable of reaching 188 km/h at the top of the speed dial. A single charge of the KM5000 can deliver a range of up to 344 km due to the liquid-cooled long-life polymer (LFP) battery which has an 11kWh capacity. It is possible to charge your motorcycle from 0% to 80% within two hours using a quick charger, and you can charge your motorcycle overnight using a standard charger. Showa inverted forks are used at the front of the bike, and a Nitrox unit is fitted at the rear of the bike.
No matter what trim level you choose, the KM5000 HE is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen digital dashboard with 4G connectivity, a turn-by-turn navigation system, music controls, as well as detailed vehicle information. It also has digital displays that show battery status and intelligent diagnostic tools to ensure that the vehicle is running at its optimum level. A double disc brake is located at the front of the bike, and one disc brake is located at the rear, as well as dual-channel ABS system is also included with this e-bike.
It is also equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a running board, a quick charging function, a park assists function (reverse mode), a fall sensor, a height stabilizer, LED projector headlights with ring-shaped daytime running lights, and LED taillights. There is a single seat on this bike and it looks like a bobber-like design, which is similar to a bobber bike with a single seat. Three different colors are available for Kabira Mobility’s KM5000, including Midnight Grey, Deep Khaki, and Aquamarine, just to name a few.
