French automaker Citroen has announced a partnership with electric vehicle fleet aggregator Blusmart to offer 4,000 of its new eC3 electric cars as taxis for a period of one year. This collaboration aims to bolster both companies’ positions in India’s rapidly growing electric vehicle market.
The eC3, unveiled earlier this year, is Citroen’s first electric offering in India. The compact electric car boasts a range of around 320 kilometers on a single charge, making it suitable for urban commuting.
