The celebrations were kicked off at the factory in Hosur, where they inaugurated the event. As part of the project, Ather is building a mega-gigafactory in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, which is its second manufacturing facility. The building covers an area of 300,000 square feet. This new plant will enable the brand to increase its production capacity to 420,000 units per annum for its flagship scooters – the Ather 450X and 450 Plus – which are among the best-selling scooters on the market today.
