As Electric Vehicles are popularly increasing every day as it is reducing the pollution from the automobiles due to the use of fossil fuels in the vehicles. Keeping in concern the pollution is controlled by removing the IC engine around the world by the Government, but that’s not the exact problem we are facing. Removing the classy and Vintage cars that are there from the decades is not so easy. Here is a simple solution to the problem given by the Aston Martin.

Andy Palmer, Aston Martin Lagonda president, and chief executive says that they know how their cars may affect the environment and the social pressure to restrict the use of classic cars in the coming years. Enter Aston Martin, a company who have a long sequence of classic cars and their owners as its customers concerned that their classy vintage cars may be kept in museums.

Aston Martin solution

Interestingly, Aston Martin came with the solution of batteries. Everyone’s concern is the IC engines polluting the atmosphere, need not be worried, the IC engines can be replaced by the reversible electric powertrain.

What are the benefits you get after replacing the IC engine?

  • Speed Driving experience
  • Quiet and Silent driving
  • No shifting of gears
  • Speed in acceleration

with the change, for the first time after 1970, the company will get back its “cassette” electric powertrain.

Any drawbacks after replacing the IC engine?

There are no drawbacks, but the batteries must be charged before using to keep functioning these classic cars in upcoming years. If there will be some legal issues in the future the electric powertrain is completely reversible. For this, the cars will still have their exhaust pipes, rev-counter and even a fuel gauge.

Aston Martin hopes this transformation will bring new enthusiasm to the classy cars and bring a new sense to the car collectors.

Its like similar to the electric-powered Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero which drove the royal couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during their royal wedding.
