kia’s Chief Designer, Gregory Guillaume said, “Automotive design is about capturing the heart and making it beat that bit faster for that bit longer.”
“We believe that there’s absolutely no reason why that should change simply because the car is electric. That’s why our all-electric concept is designed to not only get your pulse racing but to also signpost our holistic and emotional approach to electrification.”
The company’s signature “Tiger Nose” grille, the Imagine concept covers an illuminated “tiger mask” around the LED headlights which give a look and feel of the headlamps being suspended within a transparent block of glass.”
The car’s body is of sheet metal and has six layers of chrome-effect silver paint which are painted by hand, top of it bronze tint that helps in enhancing the car’s lines and curves.
It has 22-inch alloy wheels with transparent acrylic glass which reflects and refract the light.
Imagine by Kia, with the stylish body, a smart aggressive tiger nose and taillights with a cut into the rear fenders makes the complete look of the car.
The cars windscreen and panoramic roof are styled with a single sheet of glass that goes towards the C-pillar at the rear. The doors of the car are suicide doors opening.
It has 21 individual High resolution displays which merge to form a single display that helps the driver to access the driving, navigation and entertainment systems.
The Technical Specifications have not yet been released by the company but it has revealed that it has 21 screens. The company will use a low mounted battery pack that can be induction charged.
