Relux Electric inaugurates new public EV charging station in Tirupati
Relux Electric a Tamil Nadu based EV charging facility provider and chargers manufacturer has inaugurated its new public EV charging station in Bhimas Residency Hotel, Tirupati, India. New EV charging station for CCS II cars
The Relux Electric charging station is a DC public charging station which is having a capacity of 30kW (fast) and it can charge all the cars with CCS II.
The Relux is a one-stop solution for all charging stations needed in Tamil Nadu. The company offers both electric vehicle charging stations and swapping stations across India.
500 DC fast charging Points by December 2022
Relux Electric Managing Director (MD) Mr Karthik said that it aims to open 500 DC fast charging Points by December 2022. In January it plans to install 10 fast-charging stations in NH 7, NH44 Chennai to Vizag and Kanyakumari to Bengaluru instead of 5 DC in nh44.
It has already installed charging stations across various parts of South India and has installed its first charging point in Puducherry.
“Relux app…Relux is having its own app which helps users to start charging remotely without any hassle. All stations are equipped with 24hrs security,” he added.
EV charging station in Guindy
Relux had inaugurated its new EV charging station on the 24th of September, 2021 at Guindy, Chennai. The company claimed that this is the first Full-Sized Fast Charging Station in Tamil Nadu which is equipped with DC Chargers of 15kW GB/T, 30kW CSS2, and 2W/3W fast charger which reduces 50 per cent of charging time for all 2W/3W with a unique RELUX’s own designed charger, with an ample parking space and waiting area.
