Battrixx launches dual power EV smart batteries in India

Battrixx a battery division of Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd has launched it’s dual power electric vehicle smart batteries. These dual-power electric vehicle smart batteries come with 4 kWh high capacity portable and swappable smart battery packs. The battery packs use two 2kWh smart battery packs in parallel or series designed based on the patented European technology that is licensed to Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited.

The batteries are water and dust resistant with an IP67 rating and provide longer battery life and fast charging. Anand Kabra, Managing Director, Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited, said, “The smart battery can use either a Master-slave or a Master-master Technology with twin smart battery packs which are interconnected and easy to swap. The modular and compact design is enabled with liquid cooling, the gravimetric energy density and volumetric energy density found to be remarkably high.”

In August, the Battrixx had announced its association with WardWizard Innovations and Mobility Ltd that it has received its single largest order to supply 8000 battery packs for Joy E-Bike (electric two-wheelers) produced by WardWizard.
