The momentous occasion took place on the 18th of September, with distinguished guests gracing the event. Smt. Subasini Jena, State president of Biju Janata Dal, Mahila Morcha, presided as the Chief Guest. Additionally, Mr. Niroj Barik, Dealer principal of Krishna Motors, and Smt. Sagarika Nath IPS, Superintendent of Police, Balasore, added their esteemed presence to the occasion.
