Pininfarina & Hercules Electric Vehicles partners to design Alpha electric pickup truck
The Italian design Pininfarina partners with Detroit, Michigan Hercules electric vehicles company to design Detroit automaker the Hercules Alpha electric pickup and also the other products that will be announced in the coming years. In addition to vehicle design, the agreement also encompasses design input for Hercules retail locations, the company said.
Hercules said that Alpha is expected to launch in late 2022. . The truck will feature a four-motor powertrain with more than 1,000 horsepower, through a torque-vectoring four-motor drive system. The motors will provide independent torque control for amazing stability and ultimate high-performance.

Last year, the Automobili Pininfarina announced that it has partnered with the world’s largest EV charging network ChargePoint for its pure-electric supercar Battista. The company has announced a Residenza home charger, a bespoke wall box designed by Pininfarina SpA. This EV charger is a wall box design and is inspired by the Battista, and is constructed using recycled and organic materials.
It has also partnered with Naim Audio, an in-car sound system provider for its all-electric supercar Battista. The partnership has been made as the company is preparing a small fleet of prototypes of the hypercar for the final stage of a rigorous test programme.
