MG Motors announces a festive offer on ZS EV

Excite is priced at Rs 22.28 lakh, Exclusive at Rs 24.99 lakh, and the Pro version at Rs 25.89 lakh


It has been announced that Morris Garages India will be offering a special offer on its ZS EV, as part of its festive offer.

In the Exclusive Pro model, the electric car now starts at Rs 25.89 lakh, while the Excite variants start at Rs 22.28 lakh. The Exclusive variant, on the other hand, starts at Rs 24.99 lakh. It is important to note that all prices are ex-showroom.

In addition to its 503kWH battery, the ZS EV comes with a range of 461 km on a single charge thanks to its 50.3kWH battery. A maximum torque of 280 Nm is produced by the motor and a maximum power of 176.75 PS is produced by the engine.

Along with the 25.7 cm HD Touchscreen Infotainment and a 360-degree all-round view camera, the car offers a host of other segment-first features. The ZS EV Excite features a full digital cluster with a segment-best 17.78 cm embedded LCD screen and Hill Descent Control (HDC) for enhanced safety.

Aside from the Park+ Native app for parking booking, MapmyIndia Online Navigation System with live traffic and weather updates, as well as the integrated Discover app for finding nearby restaurants and hotels, the base variant comes with a number of other features that enhance the driving experience. Also, the system is capable of performing firmware updates over the air (FOTA).

On the dashboard, the door trim, the door armrest, and the center console, the ZS EV features premium leather layering with stitching details. The rear seats are also divided 60:40.

It also features LED taillamps and roof rails in silver finish, as well as R 17 – 43.18 cm (17″) alloy wheels with Tomahawk hubs.

The ZS EV is expected to be competitive with vehicles such as the Hyundai Kona Electric, the Mahindra XUV 400, and the Tata Nexon EV in the sub-Rs 25 lakh price range.
