dear friends,I am optimistic about EVs and believe it is time to switch to EVs.I wish the following actions from Govt., manufacturers and users:
1.Govt.must amend MV act permitting the conversion of petrol cars to EV cars, just like LPG and CNG.As of now it is violation of MV act.Govt.can limit the maximum speed and power. This will save a lot of money;other wise all old cars will become scrap.
2.Car makers must produce small cars like Maruti 800, that revolutionised the Indian roads in 1980s,costing around 4-5 lacks with a range of 100-200 km.per charge, which is possible now.
3.users opt for smaller cars to commute and save the Mother Earth.
