In partnership with Exponent Energy, Fyn Mobility plans to expand its fast-charging electric vehicle fleet

FYN Mobility partners with Exponent Energy to launch 1,500 fast-charging electric vehicles.

Fyn Mobility on Thursday announced another step in expanding its fast-charging EV fleet through a partnership with Exponent Energy. Fyn shook hands with Exponent Energy to launch his 1500 Altigreen electric vehicles that can be fully charged in 15 minutes.

By combining Altigreen’s neEV Tez’s new fleet with Exponent’s e-pump network, Fyn will become the first logistics company in the world to operate a fleet of fully charged EVs for 15 minutes, the company said in a statement. Working with Exponent Energy, we plan to introduce these electric vehicles in an interoperable manner, making the total cost of ownership much more affordable for businesses and opening up new opportunities within the industry.

The new fast-charging feature will allow Fyn to minimize idle time and enable multiple trips on a single Altigreen neEV Tez, the company added.

To support the fleet, Exponent has already installed 20 e-pump charging stations across Bangalore and plans to add another 80 over the next six months. Fyn is helping e-commerce, quick trade, groceries, pharmaceuticals, couriers, and delivery conglomerates solve last-mile and micro-mobility challenges in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

“This dynamic partnership will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the last-mile logistics industry. As an EV-as-a-Service provider, Fyn is poised to enter the market with its robust EV ecosystem platform and Exponent’s 15-minute full-charge technology. The idea is to look at electric vehicle interoperability as a scaling metric rather than just looking at the number of EVs currently in use,” said Visakh Sasikumar, the founder and CEO of Fyn Mobility.

“Through this collaboration, Funen has driven a commercial electric vehicles for almost 18 hours in two shifts. There is no doubt that this is becoming a reality as we speak,” he said.

“We see cross-use as one of the more sustainable and greener approaches to EV logistics in the long term,” said Sasikumar.

In this partnership, we will complement FYN’s platform, facilitate interoperability, and redefine last-mile logistics through our fast-charging technology and e-pump network. In partnership, we have launched neEV Tez, the fastest-charging 3W in the world. Our e-pump network is now being rolled out across Bangalore, focusing on logistics, as well as other vehicle segments,” said Arun Vinayak, co-founder, and CEO.

“Our seamless charging experience will power Fine’s fleet and deliver unmatched value to end users,” he added.
