Avan Motors’ New Electric Scooters

Maharashtra based Electric Vehicles start-up, Avan Motors India, which began its operations in 2015, has unveiled two new electric scooter concepts at the Pune Motor Show 2019.

Specifications:

One of the two is powered by a 72 V 22Ah Lithium-Ion battery and provides a range of 80-200 km on a single charge. It offers a top speed of 60 kmph and it comes with 90/90-10 tyres.

The Second concept scooter comes with a 60 V 35 Ah Lithium-ion battery which provides a range of 50-80 kms on a single charge and offers a top speed of 45 kmph.

These two models consist of disc brakes at the front while drum brakes at the rear.

The two scooters are the perfect combination of world-class features and stunning design and they are getting positive response and reviews from everyone. Currently, they are in the R&D phase. It will continue until they create a leading-edge product which can disrupt the Indian sustainable mobility space.

Avan Motors’ portfolio currently consists of three electric scooters. They are Xero, Xero+ and TrendE. The company has recently announced its expansion plans in the Indian market. It aims to expand its reach to 11 new states in the coming months with a focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Currently, the company has its presence in 10 cities. Now it is looking to expand its reach to 100+ dealerships in the near future.
