Audi India Expands EV Charging Network with ‘Charge My Audi’ Initiative

In a significant push towards electric mobility, Audi India has expanded its electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure under the second phase of its ‘Charge My Audi’ initiative. With the addition of over 5,500 new charging points, the brand now offers access to a robust network of more than 6,500 charging stations across 850+ cities in 28 states and union territories.

A major highlight of this expansion is the installation of DC fast chargers at over 75% of these locations, significantly reducing charging times and enhancing convenience for Audi e-tron owners. This move aims to eliminate range anxiety and promote seamless long-distance travel for EV users.

In collaboration with 16 new charging infrastructure providers, Audi India has also announced complimentary charging for all e-tron customers across its public charging network, available until December 31, 2025. This customer-centric approach is expected to further accelerate EV adoption in India.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, emphasized the brand’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. “With the expansion of the ‘Charge My Audi’ initiative, we are creating an extensive and accessible EV ecosystem that supports our growing e-tron customer base and furthers our vision of a greener future.”

This strategic step highlights Audi’s dedication to shaping the future of mobility in India by ensuring that infrastructure keeps pace with the increasing popularity of electric vehicles.
