As electric vehicles are making the best sense in the market in the country’s overwhelming scooter market. The Hero Maestro electric scooter is still in the concept stage and its official debut is still to happen. The Maestro electric scooter is expected to cost under 1 lakh rupees.

In past Hero MotoCorp has never made a series-production in electric vehicles and many may get confused with the Hero Electric EVs which is completely a different brand. The company will develop its Maestro in its R&D hub in Jaipur which is named as the Centre of Innovation and Technology (CIT). The facility has served as the base for over 150 Hero MotoCorp products which also includes new BS6 range.

eMaestro will have a permanent-magnet motor coupled to a lithium battery. It will also get cloud connectivity however it will be not a major breakthrough in the Indian EV space but it will be a well-rounded product for the price, it will be an affordable EV.
