Delta Electronics to support MG ZS EV

Yesterday, Delta Electronics India Pvt. Ltd announced that its Electric Vehicle charging solutions will support Morris Garages Motor’s end-to-end electric vehicle ecosystem for India’s first pure electric internet SUV, the ZS EV. The milestone partnership means MG customers can enjoy world-class standards of safety and quality with Delta’s EV home chargers. The MG ZS EV will go on sale in India in January 2020.

Since entering the Indian EV sector, Delta Electronics India’s R&D team has developed energy-efficient EV charging solutions which meet the demands of the local market with international standards. Globally, Delta is a successful EV charging solutions provider in Europe, Asia and the USA. It also has partnered with several leading global car manufacturers.

Besides Delta, MG Motor India has partnered with various other global and local players in the EV field for its multi-step charging ecosystem. Each ZS EV comprises an on-board cable to charge anywhere and an AC fast charger for charging at homes and offices. MG Motor is also setting up a DC Super-Fast charging network at select MG showrooms and it is also planning to create an extended charging network across MG dealerships in select satellite cities along key routes.
