Zypp Electric to launch its first electric cargo two-wheeler for last-mile delivery
The electric vehicle-based startup in last-mile delivery Zypp Electric has announced that it is all set to launch India’s first electric cargo two-wheeler for last-mile delivery. The company plans to launch it in the Delhi-NCR first targeting e-commerce, grocery, and B2B delivery companies in India.

The heavy-duty bike is designed for last-mile delivery and has a loading capacity of up to 250 kg. The electric cargo will provide a range of 120 km and it will be powered by a 40 Ah battery capacity and a portable pack. The bike has a battery swapping option and it can be swapped in few seconds, so there is no need to worry about the charging.

Features
While speaking about its features the electric cargo scooter comes with a colour display panel, metal body and for the delivery purpose it comes with some unique features, it has a cargo space under the seat which will be open for fitting crates and bags. It makes the e-cargo scooter a multi-utility scooter which can be used for bike taxi purpose as well. It also has some connectivity features to track vehicles and batteries and drivers.
Zypp Electric launches its services in Hyderabad with 100 EVs
Last month, it has announced the launch of its services in Hyderabad. It has started its operation with 100 EV bikers in Hyderabad. Zypp has marked its footsteps in Southern India by entering into the first city ‘Hyderabad’to commence its operations. All the deliveries will be done with API integrated electric vehicles. The company will also be installing 20 battery swapping & charging stations.
It has recently announced that it plans to expand its fleet to 10,000 e-scooters in the next 12-14 months and onboard more riders that include women to meet the demand for its services.
