Ola customers can leave their service woes behind. Very soon, customers can walk into any of Ola electric‘s Experience Centres and experience super-fast service for Ola scooters.
Bhavish Aggarwal announced that his company is implementing service desks in its Experience Centers. He said the Experience Centers can service electric scooters that customers can bring their vehicles with, in most cases, same-day service.
Reportedly, the Experience Center will receive additional features within the next 30 days. And the news was shared by their CEO himself on social media platforms. This feels a bit contradictory as Ola electric planned to provide service and support remotely and not have a network. If the scooter can be repaired on the same day, it is a positive development.
As of now, customers must schedule an appointment, and Ola electric‘s technician picks up the scooter for service and then delivers it to the customer. As of now, Ola s1 and Ola S1Pro owners can access service centers.
In 2022, Ola electric opened 14 brand-new experience centers in 11 cities across India. Their goal was to have 200 outlets by the end of 2022. Since Ola electrics aims to provide all services under one roof, customers will have the opportunity to experience Ola‘s EV technology and gain all information about the vehicles. With the latest developments in the field and their companies, they are achieving their previously stated wishes.
Bhavish Aggarwal has also revealed that Ola Electric is working on several upcoming products for the Indian market. Based on what they are currently working on, Ola electric plans to release 6 vehicles in the future.
