Okinawa has launched the budget-friendly electric scooter, the Ridge+, available at RS 64,998 ex-showroom price in India. It is powered by a lithium-ion battery with BLDC (waterproof) Motor. The electric scooter is available in two colors-Lucent Orange and Mid Night Blue.

OKINAWA RIDGE+ SPECIFICATIONS

Okinwa Ridge + runs with a top speed of 55km/hr, the Ridge+ gives a mileage of 120km/full charge. It can handle a load capacity of 150kg, with comfortable handling. The e-scooter comes with front and rear drum brakes for sharp braking, central locking, Anti-theft alarm, keyless entry features for security.

RIDGE+ FEATURES

For the first time, Okinawa ride + features E-ABS (Electronic-Assisted Braking System) with regenerative energy along with Find my scooter function that allows the rider to remotely locate their scooter.

During the first phase of October, the company aims to launch 500 units of Ridge+, followed with 1500 units in November 2018.

The Ridge+ equipped with a Micro-charger that get the scooter up and running in 2 hours. The high range offered is an added advantage for the riders to explore new paths.
