Australia’s Ultrafast Electric Car Charging Network

Electric Car Charging Network

The most annoying thing in our day-to-day life is charging our smartphones, because it took almost 2 hours to charge, it pulls us down to concentrate on our surroundings. Just like our smartphones, electric cars took too long time to charge, so to overcome this problem Sydney-based start-up Chargefox Pty came up with ‘Ultrafast Electric Car charging Network‘ solution.

Charge an Electric Car in 15 Minutes?

Sounds like unbelievable right? but it is true. Electric vehicle drivers traveling between Australia’s major cities can charge their EVs in 15 minutes with an Ultra Rapid charging network invented by Chargefox, Australia’s largest open, electric vehicle network.

Charging Stations in Major Cities

Chargefox charging network will connect 21 sites on highways between Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, and Brisbane.
The companies Chief executive officer, Marty Andrews said, “our network of ultra-rapid charging stations will play a significant part in improving the infrastructure of this country and remove one of the major barriers that limit the adoption of EVs”.

$15 million Private Investments

Already Chargefox secured $15 from private investors and government to set up the charging stations,
which will have a capacity power output of 350 kilowatts. Chargefox charging stations will allow electric cars to add up to 400 km of range in a fraction of hours.
