There has been a message posted on the Ather Energy social media platform announcing an emergency alert. It has been reported that customers may have received a test message from the Indian Government on the dashboard of their scooters regarding the Emergency Alert program.
Furthermore, they have added that the dashboard can stop responding to this message as soon as it receives it. When that happens, the customer can reboot the car by holding the brake switch for 10 seconds, as well as the start switch, in order to reset the computer. There should be a return to normal functioning as soon as this is done.
The company has added a link to this message in order to assist customers in the process of rebooting their product.
