With a built-in pizza oven, Domino’s will use its new electric delivery bike

Delivering pizzas like never before

It’s time for your next Domino’s pizza delivery to be cooler… and hotter! This is what Dominos promises for the future as it launches a new line of electric bikes designed to deliver pizzas hotter and fresher than ever before. With a built-in fan-forced oven, this e-bike can make its way home fast using battery power, and keep the dish inside at its tastiest for longer.

DPE (Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd.) claims the e-bike will enable faster deliveries in congested cities where traffic jams do not always allow fast-food deliveries to be made efficiently. The e-bike is called a dxb, the e-bike stands on 20-inch street tires and boasts a downtube-integrated battery. It also has a wide rear wheel stand on which the oven is mounted. As per Domino’s Group Chief Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Officer, Marika Stegmeijer, their new e-bike concept is a testament to their dedication to delivering not only great-tasting pizzas but also making a positive difference for their people, customers, food, communities, and of course, our environment.

The company has not yet confirmed when it will begin deploying the DXB for deliveries, but it is extremely enthusiastic about the prospect. In addition, the company stated to the press that pizzas are stabilized by space-age suspensions that cut G-forces by an incredible 67 percent, which means there is no possibility of turbulence – they arrive at your door exactly as they were lovingly prepared in-store.

In spite of the fact that Domino’s is present throughout the world, the DXB will not be seen in many markets. Not even in the US, which is the country’s home base. As part of the DPE region, the e-bike will be deployed in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Japan, Germany, Luxembourg, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Cambodia.
